As you may know, free shipping is available for ALL DESTINATIONS! Delivery confirmation is providing with all US orders, while international orders will receive a customs form number. The customs form number can be tracked, but only when the postal service decides to scan the number (they are not obligated to and most often they do not). If you are ordering outside of the US, it is highly recommend to upgrade to priority mail shipping to receive it in 5 days with a tracking number AND free insurance!
